We specialize in propane and natural gas grills — all brands, all sizes. This includes Weber, Char-Broil, Napoleon, Broil King, DCS, Lynx, built-in outdoor kitchen grills, and more. We do not currently service charcoal-only grills or pellet smokers.

How long does a service take?

A Grill Refresh typically takes 2–3 hours. A Grill Revival takes 3–4 hours. A Professional Rejuvenation may take 4–5 hours or, for heavily neglected grills, we may need to take it for 1–2 days. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start — no surprises.

Do I need to be home during the service?

We ask that someone be home at the start of the service so we can do our initial assessment together. After that, you're welcome to go about your day — relax inside, run errands, whatever you like. We'll let you know when we're done and walk you through the results.

Is this really different from a regular grill cleaning?

Very different. A regular cleaning wipes down the outside and maybe scrubs the grates. Our process goes deep — burner tubes, venturi tubes, heat distribution systems, grease management, gas flow calibration. We spent 3 years developing methods that no one else in Arizona uses. After our service, your grill doesn't just look clean — it performs like new.

Bi-yearly maintenance means we come twice a year — typically spring and fall — to service your grill. It's just $50 more than the one-time price. Will you make a mess in my backyard?

Absolutely not. We lay down protective drop cloths before we start and clean up every trace of our work before we leave. Your patio, pavers, and furniture are fully protected. We leave your property exactly as we found it — or better. This is a promise we take very seriously.

Yes — in fact, it's safer than before. Grease buildup is a significant fire hazard. After our service, all dangerous buildup is removed, gas connections are checked, and burners are calibrated. We do a full performance test before we leave. You can fire it up with complete confidence.

Yes, we are fully insured. Your property and your grill are protected throughout the entire service. We wouldn't have it any other way.

Do I need to do anything to prepare before you arrive?

Nothing at all. Just make sure we can access your backyard and that the grill is in its usual spot. We bring everything we need — all equipment, drop cloths, cleaning supplies. You don't need to provide a single thing.
